Project Overview

eBay’s International Shipping (eIS) team faced the challenge of engaging their seller audience through non-owned channels to effectively dispel inaccurate information, provide updates, and maintain a strong presence within the seller community.

Planning

Our Strategy & Planning team partnered with the eIS team to conduct in-depth research and analysis, uncovering key seller pain points, motivators, and opportunities within the eIS program. This research informed the creation of a blueprint that guided the narrative for all content and influencer messaging for their B2B audience.

  • Executing targeted advertising campaigns on podcasts and social media, reaching sellers and niches with critical messages.

By combining research-driven insights with a cohesive narrative strategy, eIS was able to connect with their seller audience in both meaningful and impactful ways, addressing their most pressing concerns while strengthening their overall relationship with the community. The year’s work resulted in stronger seller connections, better engagement, and measurable sales returns for the program.
