Since 2023, I’ve partnered with Hotwire’s Global Chief People & Culture Officer and the People & Culture team to design and produce Hotwire’s annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Report. These reports highlight findings from the agency’s annual employee survey while also showcasing programs, initiatives, and progress in strengthening DEIB across the organization.
This progress report highlights the strides we’ve made as a company, our current standing as we enter the next phase of our strategy, and our commitment to fostering an environment of belonging and creating lasting change at Hotwire and in the communities we are part of. The goal is to be as transparent as possible—not only in showcasing the progress achieved but also in outlining the work that still lies ahead.
I did not work on the 2022 inaugural report, but from 2023 onwards I have owned the creative process end-to-end — from cover design and layout to supporting promotional content.

These reports have become a tangible expression of Hotwire’s DEIB commitments, not only documenting progress but also fostering trust with employees and accountability with external audiences. They serve as a touchpoint for recruitment, employee engagement, and brand reputation, while giving employees a sense that their voices and experiences are being heard and reflected year after year.
