Intermedia – Work Better From Wherever

Brand Campaign      October 2020

Project Overview

Intermedia, a challenger in the unified communications space, needed to stand out in a crowded market dominated by better-known competitors. During COVID, nearly every brand was promising a “Work from Anywhere” experience, but Intermedia wanted to connect more deeply—speaking to the real pain points of uncertainty, adaptability, and the future of hybrid work. Our team brought this to life through the “Work Better From Wherever” campaign, shifting the focus from product features to emotional resonance.

Planning

Once the Art Director established the visual direction, I supported the creative team in translating the campaign strategy into a full suite of assets. My focus was on production and adaptation—ensuring consistency across formats while scaling the creative into a high-volume asset library.

Key planning contributions included:

  • Collaborating with the Art Director to apply the approved campaign direction across multiple concepts.
  • Iterating quickly to meet channel-specific requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Setting up workflows to track and manage production across a large deliverable set.
