Pinterest – Senior Leadership Conference

Event branding & Keynote design     November 2021 - November 2022

Project Overview

Pinterest came to Hotwire for support to elevate the employee experience during their quarterly Senior Leadership Conference (SLC), through the development of a cohesive branded experience. Depending on each quarter/event, Pinterest needed a variety of assets from event sub-branding, templates, presentation design, digital and printed event collateral, and wayfinding signage.

Planning

Given the frequency of the event and how the format has transformed between an in-person and hybrid over each quarter, our creative team has streamlined the production process to deliver within a month leading to the actual event. Once Pinterest determines the event theme and messaging, our creative team provides directional exploration, locks in on a sub-branded visual identity, develops templates for content teams, build printed collateral and finally digital and presentation content.

Project Logistics

Deliverables: Visual sub-brand development, presentation templates, event collateral

Duration: 1 month

Delivery

Our creative team partnered with Pinterest’s team to develop a custom logo for the event that aligned with the company’s overall brand, theme and messaging during that quarter. Building on learnings from past events, we designed a workbook that tied the entire event together during the Q422 SLC. This workbook consisted of session content, breakout activity content, speaker info and interactive content such as quizzes and puzzles.

By the numbers

  • 140+ hybrid attendees utilizing content
  • 10 presenters which Hotwire prepared decks for
  • 1 32-page workbook designed

"Working with Hotwire made planning for the SLC offsites so smooth and easy. They were instrumental in pulling together, designing, and polishing all of the slide decks to get our presenters ready. They were consistently responsive in their communication, responded quickly to feedback, and truly made the design workstream the most fun and exciting part of the planning process."
