Designed two annual reports visualizing data from Avalara’s Commerce Monitor study, which analyzed trends across retail, manufacturing, and services. The 2021 edition built on the 2020 launch by showing year-over-year comparisons during COVID. Deliverables included full report design (for web and PDF) plus promotional social graphics.

Designed a three-year research series exploring how Generation Alpha (children born post-2010) will shape consumer behavior and influence purchasing decisions. Each report was themed around unique insights, ranging from technology’s impact to parental perspectives and diversity, and supported by interactive landing pages, social and email campaigns, and event sessions worldwide.

Produced report design and supporting micro-content for research that demonstrated how redirecting teacher development spending can improve student and district outcomes. Deliverables included an executive summary, technical report, and promotional visuals. The findings were covered by Forbes, Education Dive, Education Week, and The Journal, boosting awareness for NTC’s mission.

Developed the design and layout for a whitepaper positioning Chatmeter as a thought leader on voice search technology. The report distilled third-party research into actionable strategies for marketers, showing both the risks of oversimplifying voice tech and the opportunities to optimize for local search.

Transformed Avalara’s text-heavy internal playbook into a 90-slide editorialized SlideDoc, making it easier for stakeholders to consume, edit, and share. The playbook included process guidance, strategy, testimonials, and case studies, all structured into a visually engaging, brand-consistent document.

Designed a comprehensive taxonomy document to standardize definitions of marketing services across Hotwire and ROI·DNA. The PDF provided a common global language for teams, with clear categorization and wayfinding tools (menus, structure) to make it a functional reference guide.


Designed and produced a printed Culture Book for CEI employees, highlighting the company’s mission, values, leadership, and culture. Used as both a welcome guide for new hires and a reference tool for tenured employees, the book reinforced CEI’s open communication philosophy and differentiated identity.
Created a pocket-sized Messaging Booklet as part of an Employee Branding Project, helping employees talk about CEI consistently. Supported the rollout with a printed poster and training deck, ensuring alignment across recruiting and business development efforts.
